"I showed up late in the day, unannounced, with a new set of tires to install on the wheels I removed myself. They were about to wrap up for the day, but took the time to get me taken care of before going home. Perry was very careful & diligent with my wheels so as not to mar them, and had plenty of knowledge to share about the tires and balancing options. SO nice to take a metric bike to a personable mechanic without losing a limb to a dealer. Nice little setup in the county with a pleasant ride to get there. Plus we could've swapped stories all evening as a bonus. Overall great experience! Thanks guys!"

"Two days from home and The Twisted Grip the was the only shop within 100 miles that had the chain size I needed. It turned out that the owner ordered his replacement chains with several extra links for situations like mine (rather than just the exact size of typical/common bikes). They put aside what they were working on in order to prioritize my work and made me feel welcome while I waited. As far as I can tell the work was perfect and thanks to them I was able to finish my trip. I definitely recommend!"

Stopped in for an oil change and it cost literally half in labor than what the dealerships wanted, and the owner who did the work is a great, personable fellow who seems very knowledgeable about kinds of bikes. The retail side is small and cruiser oriented, but the prices are reasonable and the lady who was running it was a total sweetheart."
