"Use to love Sonic....quality of the food is down. Food is not fresh and hot like it use to be."
"Placed an in-app order, I have never had any issues doing so. Picked up my orders. Should have checked the bag before I left, but I was in a bit of a rush. Got back to work and they gave me a completely wrong order. Had to turn around and go back to pick up the correct orders. I specifically asked for marinara and got none. Did not have time to call the carhop back out to receive marinara. All around a disappointing experience. Sonic was the only fast food we have in town."
"Liked seeing that this Sonic had a playground for children. I was not happy that they were answering other people's orders before mine, but it is possible that they had to fix mines longer. Overall good service beyond that. Would recommend and would go again."

"So I come through Brookland often, but don't typically have my youngsters. Today, however we were passing by and I've never really paid attention but they have a play area! The kids love it! I enjoyed the covered area. The car hop was fast and friendly the food was good! What more can we ask for?"
