"Had my first much needed appointment here today with Daaljit. He was extremely knowledgeable, very respectful, and listened to my needs. I walked in with my body feeling like crap with a bad migraine (chronic), and I left feeling better than I have in MONTHS. The location is easy to find and very convenient due to plenty of parking space in the back lot of the EGF mall/movie theater. I will definitely be coming here as routinely as I can, and scheduling with Daaljit! Thank you Q W!!!"

"Grateful for the services provided here. They also have monthly specials and offer military discount. They are very flexible, knowledgeable and accommodating to your needs. I have visited twice for a seaweed body wrap service by Kate and once for a massage by Dr. Singh. To get the best out of your experience I would suggest being transparent and express what your end goal is for your visits. I’m thankful for the inches I’ve lost and the care I’ve received for my body. Huge kudos to the team at Q W Wellness."

"I called almost 3 weeks in advance to schedule an appointment and was assured that I would receive a call back in order to confirm the appointment. I never received a call back. When I called again (still a week before the appointment was supposed to occur), I was told that there was no availability for the day I was supposed to come in. So I'm not sure whose mistake this was, but obviously I got the short end of the stick for scheduling. To top it off, when I called back to confirm my non-existent appointment, I could hear the girl on the phone ask someone (supervisor? not sure) what to do, and he blew the issue off and basically said, "Sorry about it." Poor customer service to say the least. Unfortunately, I can't speak to the quality of the massage because I was never scheduled to receive one."
