"Employees are young and rude. Wanted to exchange a product and it was a fiasco. She told me couldn’t use my rewards because I was exchanging I didn’t want a return because i no longer had the card it was purchased with. I then told her never mind and left the store. She then told another customer that I was stealing the product. I went back into the store and told her I was not a thief and I asked her not to do the return. Ridiculous! All over a simple exchange. Perhaps if they were more knowledgeable and had the ability To communicate better it would have turned out differently. Do better, train better, hire better!"
