"First off my nails came out beautiful.. BUT the lady that did my nails her name was Tracey and it said “manager” on her name tag. I kid you not from the moment she started applying my tips until she was done she didn’t say one word to me. She was filing the side my nails really hard to the point where I have a cut on the side of my nail and they feel raw. I don’t like confrontation and I felt like if I would have said something she would’ve retaliated against me even more. I’m a diabetic so I can’t have any cuts what so ever. When she asked about the design I wanted and asked what it meant I told her it is said to protect you from any negative energy or I’ll-will that may come your way, she laughed at me and said “do you really believe that”? I smiled and said yes I do absolutely! Like who are you to laugh at me and my beliefs ! I seen a previous review about Tracey not acknowledging African American women and now I see why she treated me that way. I tried to tell her I loved my nails and she just walked off. I still tipped her $10 because my nails are beautiful but I won’t have Tracey do my nails anymore. Another nail tech Rose realized one of my nails had a scratch on it and she fixed it for me before I left which I appreciated it because I was afraid to mention it to the manager Tracey. This was my first and last time coming here unfortunately."
