"Bought a pair of jeans and within 3 weeks they ripped (and stretched out in the weirdest places - the middle of the thigh) I was told I can’t return them as I didn’t have my original receipt (even though I have proof of purchase on my bank statement) and can’t exchange because they don’t have my size anymore - and they won’t order my size. Really disappointed they would sell clothing that falls apart so easily."
"Cute stuff but the customer service is an utter disaster. I have been in retail management for going on ten years. I walked in the store looking for a cute outfit for an interview where I wasn’t acknowledged until I was half way through the store. The girl working there was more worried about being on her phone behind the cash wrap vs offering any assistance. I found a fun skirt in clearance, unfortunately the only plus of my visit. Upon check out I stood at the register in front of the associate (whom as I said before was more worried about being nose deep in her phone with her head on the counter) as a customer I shouldn’t have to speak up and say I’m ready to check out when I’m less that 3 feet from the associate. With that associates lack of awareness what is stopping anyone from stealing? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING."
"I bought a jacket here the other day, didn’t even make it out the door without the button falling off. Went to put it on, a seam busted behind the arm pit. Cheapest material I have ever felt but was $40. Obviously very poorly made. Another rip around the elbow area and about to tear on the back. Don’t waste your money here! Cheap clothes sold for about 8x the price. Wish I could put 0 stars"
