"I had an appointment with Taylor today to get my eyebrows done and she did a great job. She was detailed but also quick. She had great customer service and her station was clean. After my brows I decided to do a walk in to get my hair done. Mikayla was open at the time. She was professional but it felt like talking to a friend. She was knowledgeable about my type of hair, she took my braids down, washed my hair, gave me a deep conditioner, blowed dried, flat ironed and trimmed my ends. My hair is so soft and has so much movement! I am beyond satisfied with my hair and my eye brows. Thank you Taylor and Mikayla!"

"The older lady with the curly brownish hair (who I believe is the manager) always makes me feel uncomfortable when I’m in the store. I ask her where the other scents of a body spray are, on the way to showing me, she whispered something to an associate and the associate looked at me. Felt like she whispered something to him about me. Very strange experience."

"First timer and I am NOT at all happy with my check out service! The older lady who rung my daughter and I up was rude! She asked for a phone and I said no. Then asked if I want to sign up, again, no and that was our first time there. After that she asked if we know what it (phone number) does. I stated yes. While she rung up our thing, she asked if we want to give the points to somebody else. I stated, No. The look my daughter saw from her was rude and unwelcoming. First and last time there."

"Highly advise not going to this locations, especially for a blended highlights. It took over 6 hours for my daughter, and now we have to go somewhere else to have it fixed. It definitely is not a blend, it looks like months of growth and needs to be done again. It’s not even close to what she was asking for, even showing the stylist photos. Very thick, chunky highlights and brassy. I did call and speak to the manager who did nothing to help, saying only she could come back and they can TRY to fix it. (Apparently they do not offer refunds or credit either). But unfortunately at this point, after the terrible experience we are not comfortable returning. It would have been helpful if someone would had offer to help when she was sitting there for 6 hours yesterday, more than the 30 seconds that the manager spared yesterday! Awful experience!"
