Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Broken Bow

"I booked my room in the summer of 2023 when I found out the April 2024 solar eclipse was going to be directly in the path of Idabel Oklahoma. I booked the room for $92. I received a conformation email as well. In March of 2024 I decided to call the hotel to confirm my reservation. I was told there was no reservation. I then contacted Wyndham to have their representative confirm my reservation. I was told by Wyndham that the hotel cancelled my reservation. Hotel rooms are not being booked in Idabel for upwards of $600 a night if you can even find a hotel that isn't booked up. The Microtel Inn is fully booked. It is my opinion that the hotel canceled my reservation and resold my room for a much higher price. That is bad business and unethical if that is in fact what happened. I would defiantly think twice about staying here."

"We have a wedding trip to Broken bow,Oklahoma. We had a great stay at this motel. Room is very clean and beds were very comfortable.continental Breakfast was good and waffles were very testy.The staff were friendly and helpful.free Internet speed was great.we will definitely be back."

"Checked me in with zero concerns so I thought at first. I got asked a lot of questions in regards to me being alone. Paid unloaded and went to room. Room was tiny, sheets were dirty and the was a wall to wall mirror that was tinted and looked like double sided. Ask for another room that was uncomfortable in that one. Refused to move me and refused refund. Continued about the me being alone part. Left with zero refund and zero help all within 20min of being on property. Will be filing with whyndam and bbb. Please do not go here especially female alone!!!"

"The photo on the website are not a true reflection of the hotel. There is no elevator and the entire hotel was really hot and the A/C in our room was turned completely off and it was 98 degrees outside. Our room towels smelt like cigarette smoke and there were holes all over the ceiling. The most uncomfortable of everything was the amount of questions the hotel workers asked us. I would not recommend this hotel."
