"By far my favorite Motel 6. Room was very clean no signs of any bugs dead or alive, in an upscale quiet neighborhood right on Lake Hamilton. All the staff was really nice. We will be returning and highly recommend this place."

"I stayed in November and brought back bed bugs. I called they did nothing. I live by myself and have been nowhere else Orkin and terminix said the timing lines up. When I got home I put my suitcase on my couch to unpack and that’s where they are. I am horrified. I have to pay 1800 $ to have my house heated up and I’ve heard it ruins a lot of stuff . Save yourself do not stay at this hotel.Now we know why they say they leave the lights on. I’ve had mine on because the bugs won’t come out. I was so busy with work while I was here I wasn’t paying attention but looking back it was bad folks. I haven’t decided if I’m going to try small claims and get reimbursed it’s not fair I’m going through this nightmare it’s disgusting amd I’m horrified"

"Worst experience with a hotel in the US. Matthew Hensley likes to yell and disrespect disabled Veterans. Room was dirty and nasty. AC filters dirty, bugs in the bathroom, sheets stained and with holes. No iron board or ash tray provided and no toiletries provided. Don't waste your time or money."

"the maids need to clean better! because i found a black braid extension in the floor and several little hair balls and my hair is blonde! i told the lady at the front desk and she said “oh they must not have cleaned very well” … thanks i wonder what else wasn’t cleaned very well!"

"Rooms are clean, downfall is the mattress and hot water. We stayed 4 nights. Had to be moved 1st day due to no hot water. Even the next room had hot water issues. Plan to run water 5 mins beforehand for hot water at least.Having places to plug in cell chargers is also an issue. One outlet had electrical issues. They must be aware because there are 2 extention cords on other side of room. Mold in bathroom on wall. We will not stay again, just too many issues! I had stayed here last year, and no issues. The staff is always nice. I rated service low due to hot water and mattress."
