"Incredibly disappointed this place wont have the End of Evangelion, when fayetteville is full of nerds who would absolutely fill the theater for that movie. Wont be going back if they dont want my demographic there, if thats how they decide which movies they do and do not show. Showing at literally every other AMC except this one essentially, and I’m not about to drive 2 hours to tulsa to see it."

"I have never been in a dirtier movie theater! The theater we saw the actual movie hadn't been cleaned.. and this was the first feature of the day at 12:45pm! There were no lights so you could find your seats so we had to use our phone flashlights which is how we discovered popcorn and trash all over floors and seats. Previews stayed 10 min before the show. The floors around the concessions, tables and entrance were full of trash and popcorn etc. I would never buy concessions because of the lack of cleanliness!"

"I love this theater & the movies they offer. However, I only give five ⭐ to employees & places that show they love what they do! Unfortunately, the owners need to research how to motivate & encourage their employees to care about stewarding the work environment. If the employees don't care, the customers are less likely to care. Take care of your work environment and you will see fruits in your efforts!!"

"I would rate this theater about 5 stars in general, as this is my favorite theater to go to, and I will continue to go here. However, I just have to say that the restrooms, specifically the Women’s restroom can be absolutely disgusting at times, and I once recall toilet paper with someone’s toilet waste on it on the floor. That is just not fun to see. This is more of a patron issue, but I see stuff like this every time I visit, in at least a couple of the stalls. I just really would like to constructively share my concerns, as a regular patron of this theater. In general, this theater is a basically a 5 and I have great experiences as I come frequently, but in regard to the restroom situation, that could definitely be fixed accordingly!"

"First visit was tonight to see Indiana Jones. I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve been going to Malco for the last five years and decided to go to AMC because the showtimes fit my schedule a little bit better this weekend. Now I’m thinking about completely ditching Malco and making this my full-time movie theater. The largest perk were the theaters themselves. The room was spacious and the seats were comfortable. Also plenty of room to walk and be comfortable. Which is a huge benefit. Especially when you’re sitting in the same spot for an hour and a half and upwards. I’m also a fan of the additional perks such as the AMC movie pass, the bar, and the seat delivery. Even if that was something I’ve tried out yet. My only complaint is the staff. I feel like every one of them were very stand off-ish for absolutely no reason. I understand that working with the general public isn’t always easy. But that doesn’t mean it should be taken out on people like me. Hopefully this becomes a big enough problem for the staff to be trained better or completely replaced. I also saw some complaints about the cleanliness in other reviews. That wasn’t something I directly saw in my visit and was actually impressed with how clean it appeared to be. But maybe I just overlooked it accidentally."
