"Great facility. Club Pilates offers a plethora of classes, the most in the city from what I can tell. They have different levels as well so anyone can join and receive proper care. They’re very clear about their policy and all of the front desk are happy to help if you have questions."

"While the staff is nice, the owners/company will have you pay for an extra month after you quit. Why on earth would it take 30 days to cancel a gym membership? Only so they can get extra money out of you. When I disputed the charge (I thought it was in error), they threatened me with collection agencies. Then they charged me extra for a late fee! I guess getting $200 for nothing was not enough. I spent so much money for my membership at this place, and they went after me like sharks for that last $200. I was shocked how awful the customer service was. They flat out told me either I would pay or it was collection agencies and there was nobody I could talk to about a resolution. Save your money and go to a regular gym as they often have Pilates classes. Worst gym experience ever. And I was planning on going back but cannot support that kind of business. I hope losing thousands of dollars for a future membership to get that last $200 was worth it for ya’ll."
