"I visited this Mazzios in Poteau, Oklahoma on February 13th 2024. I had a spaghetti meal with 2 garlic bread and only received one. I thought no big deal I’ll just place another order tomorrow and pick it up the next day, considering they closed in an hour and I didn’t want to drive 10 minutes just to get a piece of bread. I placed another order and then was told that their new policy is that if you don’t call the same day about your incorrect order that you won’t receive a refund or any food that you didn’t get. I totally get some people abuse the system and complain about anything to get free food, but for the ones that are honest about stuff we get treated unfairly. I understand it’s a garlic bread that’s a few cents but it’s my money I paid for it? But they sure will hand you a receipt to sign that ask for a tip for a TAKEOUT order. This is why we have video cameras to where they can go back and see if everything was placed in the bag/box. I won’t be returning to this Mazzios because of this new policy."
"We went with our Church, New Hope "Fed well", i mean Free Will Baptist. Lol *I did not coin that phrase. Cheese sticks were amazing! This is my fav salad bar but some of the ice berg lettuce needed changed out. Great atmosphere though. Pizza was brought out quickly and it was fresh. No problems that I'm aware of."
