"I have no complaints about their services themselves. buttt... it is next to impossible to drop your child from their billing if you move to another town. So if you plan on moving away, make sure you sign all the forms before you leave because they won't let your family members sign it either. My daughter has not been in their class since October of 2021, but Evey single month they charge me. I canceled that bank account and found a more convenient bank to use. They called me to tell me they couldn't charge my account on file!! HAH I explained to them that I have moved and that I requested them to mail the drop from but they never did and she apologized for the inconvenience and told me I must have spoken with someone else and no worries they would fix it. But guess what. Today I received a bill or statement or whatever. How hard is it to just remove me from billing? Or send me the drop form I've requested so many times?"
