"Just drove 25 minutes to get my sons hair cut. I looked online and on Sunday it says they are open until 5, but apparently they stop taking customers BEFORE 5. When I walked through the door at 4:40 I was hollered at from across the room asking whether I had checked in online or not. I responded saying no we had not checked in online the girl said okay then we are booked for the night so they couldn’t cut my sons hair and sent us out the door. There were several stylists that did not have customers that were standing around and only one man in the waiting room. I’m confused how if we would’ve checked in online how that would have made a difference considering there were stylists available. I have brought my son to have his hair cut before and did not use the online check in. I have only used it when the wait time is long. It should be advertised that you must check in online if you are going to be turned away if you don’t. The hours should not be that y’all are open until 5 if you are not. I have worked in customer service many years and many times I have had customers walk in 5 minutes before closing, but you don’t turn that customer away. When you do turn that customer away you run the risk of losing business and the tip that the customer brings. We will not waste our time here again."
