"This has to be one of the few remaining good shoe repair shops in the Twin Cities. I wouldn't have a low-cost shoe being repaired as the repair costs are rather high. However, if you have a good quality shoe, this is the place to have them resoled."

"I brought a my favorite pair of Sorels in to Harold’s on Friday and they completely replaced the heels, finished by Monday! The boots look brand new! I tend to drag my heels a bit so they always wear down. Now I’m looking at the rest of my shoes to see which ones deserve a makeover next!"

"I brought in a pair of women's boots on Tuesday and they were ready the next day. This was the busy time of year, two weeks before Christmas. The soles were separating from the boots and needed to be repaired. The cost was more than reasonable and the workmanship was superb. I didn't ask to have the boots cleaned but they must have done something because they looked so much better than when I brought them in. My wife was so happy, she said, "They look like new." We both were delighted with the quality of work. Extremely pleased!"

"Brought in a pair of boots that had been resoled previously. I asked if they could be repaired. The gentleman assured that they could & stated would stand behind their work. Unfortunately, the sole did not hold after a few months of wear and sadly the shop did not stand behind the close to $100 repair. Sadly, I should have requested workmanship assurance in writing and would advise others to do so when patronizing this business."
