"Hello, I recently purchased my inserts on Tuesday, October 4, 2022. My sales rep was very kind and appropriate but left out quite a few details. I was giving myself a couple of days to feel out the inserts, along with my new shoes that I purchased along with processing the experience that I had while in store. After these few days, I do have some complaints regarding my recent purchase. One, I was shocked by the price. I was not told about the cost of the inserts and was shown a 4 step process, while most only have a 3 step process. I was shocked to find out I could choose between a 6 month warranty and a life-time warranty. Also, I could have chosen to purchase maybe just one or two inserts and not 4. If I had known this, I could have made a better financial decision. I felt as though I was pressured into purchasing these products because my sales rep went to the register and rang everything when I was not present. She then proceeded to ask me if I would come to the register and show me the price. She did not break down each individual charge and tell me what each item cost and why it was so expensive. She just asked me how I would like to pay, while I am sitting there in aw with how costly my purchase would be. Two, I purchased a pair of shoes as well as I was told that my old shoes already had imprints in them so new shoes would be a great idea. I told the sales rep that I was an 11 in tennis shoes and come to find out when I got home I had purchased a 10.5. I am confused why price was not discussed and why it was until the end that she chose to show me the final price. I also am confused why I was not given the appropriate size of shoes. I would also like to add that my sales rep acted like she was doing me a favor by throwing in a couple tubs of cream for joint and foot pain - leaving out that I had to pay for each one. I will say that my sales rep again was very kind and appropriate, but the sales pitch that is given to each customer is redundant and I feel as though I was taken advantage of in 30 minutes. With as much money I spent in the Good Feet Store I would expect that a money back guarantee would be offered, returns would be excepted, and I could make exchanges with shoes as well. I have never heard anything but great things about this store and that is why I proceeded to go in and see what they could offer me. I am quite disappointed that I was let down."
