"I have purchased at least 2 dozen of the cloud walkers extra thick heel cushions and they were the only ones, after trying dozens, that gave me comfort in walking in any shoe. Not only did they provide the extra padding that was needed for thinning heels, but they didn't take up too much room in the shoe and they can be used with sandals. Although they can be removed and reused, it doesn't work for all fabrics. I went back to the shoe maker where I bought them and he has informed me that they aren't being made any longer. They only have the sure fit for the ball of the foot. IS it true or can I buy more of them? Help! Merle"
