"Very disappointed in the service that I’ve received at this Men’s Wearhouse location. I have had nothing but issues with this location. Customer service is lacking and I feel dismissed as a customer. Inaccurate measurements, low quality product (not worth the value). The biggest issues I have had are with the hems not holding up on my alterations… and when I have brought them back the staff has been difficult to work with. The list could go on….Customer service needs improvement. I felt as if I was just another sale and they wanted to take my money and get me out of the store as quick as possible without resolving the issues and concerns that I had. All of this with trying to work with them over a number of months. If you have the chance to use a Men’s Wearhouse in another location (like Fargo) I highly recommend doing that. The Fargo location has great customer service."
