"I give the food a 5, the service a 1, trying to be nice. Only the 2nd Hispanic Restaurant we have tried in the Sioux Falls area. I looked at the menu online and found a particular dish that I have liked elsewhere in the past so decided to give it a try. We were seated in the back booth, food took awhile but after it was served no one looked back to see if we wanted anything else or if it was okay. Nothing. Had to wave to a different waiter to catch his attention to even get a check. I'm usually a pretty good tipper wherever I go, but I have decided that service has to be given to get a tip."
