"I have yet to have a good experience at this Walgreens. Every time - without fail - they are not done with my prescription fill. I will not send anything here anymore. I tried to get a shot here last year and had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment to get service. Do not come here or send prescriptions here if you value your time, because they absolutely will not."

"The manager refuses to do her job. Every month asks me to do her job Because she forgets Both my Insurance Company, my doctor and my doctor's assistant. All are completely flabbergasted by the neglect of the manager that works there. The rudest woman I've ever encountered in. Customer service is not there to help at all. I would pay people to not go here."

"They will constantly keep you on hold and not answer the phone. They made me hold for 40 minutes, enough to get ready and drive to ask about a prescription. I had to call the floor manager and ask for his help. He was a great guy and tried to get the pharmacist manager and he couldn't even come to the phone himself! The floor manager had to help and this is just ridiculous. On top of that, I was told my prescription wasn't even being worked on after being there for hours. Thankfully the floor manager helped but I will never come back to this walgreens which is a shame because it's right down the street from my home."
