"Customer service is terrible. I was not able to try out demo shafts and was told I needed to sign up for a 1 hour fitting instead."

"I used to love Golf Galaxy and have bought most of my clubs there. I live close to the plymouth store and buy clothes, tees, gloves and golf balls all the time. Recently I went in to look at buying new irons. I had 2 associates walk by me as I was checking out pings and Callaway. They were in the area and walked by me multiple times and barely acknowledged my existence. I even stood there looking at them like i wanted help. After 15 minutes in the store I set the irons down and walked out. My next stop was the PGA superstore were I was greated and asked if I needed help. The gentleman fitted me and I walked out of there with custom fitted Callaway Apex irons on order. I would not recommend Golf Galaxy to a freind."

"Walked in ready to buy my first full set of clubs with a gift card I received as a gift. Looked around for 20 minutes and tried to get help from a salesperson, but no one was interested in helping. Went up to the cashier and he was super helpful. Wish I remembered his name. He talked me through a fitting and helped me book a session online. Honestly wouldn't be buying my clubs here after this experience if I wasn't stuck with the gift card."

"Did a iron fitting and my guy got me to a very well fit club set. Didn't push to spend more money. Ended where it ended after all the trials, and I was very happy with the knowledge and information given throughout to end up with my clubs. I will go back for more fittings. I've also bought off the shelf here and selection is good."

"Went in looking at the difference between a crossover and hybrid to fill that gap in my bag. Ben's knowledge of the difference between the two and then hitting some balls to get the feel for the clubs made it easy to pick the club that fit me. I'll be going back here for sure."
