"Complete chaos. I'm a hardcore thrifter and willing to take time to find deals. Houseware items are trash, the "regulars" / pro sellers are standing around the bins like vultures taking anything of value the moment it's wheeled out. Although there can be 10 bins of shoes, there seems to be little hope of actually finding a pair. Not worth the stop."

"They do rotations every 20-25 mins for each section. Plenty of space to walk with the shopping carts! people are not rude at all, there is a little bit of hassle at the shoe bins though. The bathroom is Very clean. no chairs to sit to rest when waiting on a rotation. not a lot designer stuff , a bit of unmatched shoes but a lot cute plushies and home decor! Best first trip here."

"Arrived at 3:40 to find half the bins gone, and within an hour 90% of the bins were back behind the doors. There’s many many employees still, all working only to pull the bins away from shoppers. I asked if they were closing early they said nope. Just what they do at this location. Seems like a crazy way to operate a business, not going to make any money if you take away all the products from customers trying to shop."

"Arrived 1hr before they close but I didn’t realize they were already removing bins to the back. Literally as I was shopping through a bin, a worker pulled it away and pushed it to their back room. Sooooooo weird and awkward!!! Who even does that? There were only 3 rows of bins— 2 with clothing & 1 with toys/dishes etc. The place was very empty. Price per pound was just ok. Furniture was very cheap (all under $15) but all of them were in pretty bad shape. And selection of only 7 furniture pieces. I like to come for books but none were in sight. Super disappointed"

"Love coming here! You never know what you'll find. TIPS: ALWAYS ALWAYS take a cart! Always BRING a bag with you to bring your stuff home, Don't touch a new bin that they bring out, until they say you can, and you can take things apart here, so if you see a board game that you only want the dice to, but nothing else, just open the game and take the dice! But be respectful, and keep like things together for the next person (a LOT OF PEOPLE throw stuff around, I do NOT like this. I got two things! See pics!"
