"I have 32 years experience as a nurse. I'm smart and know my meds. I literally take 1 medication for anxiety. It was time for a dosage increase and his ego wouldn't allow it. I literally told him how horrible my panic attacks are. That I can't be confined to my home again and he still refused. Because in 20 years it might increase my risk of a fall. Hello. I will be 73. That will increase my risk of a fall. Lol. No....I wish I had another options. Then found out this same day that not only will he not increase my dosage, I no longer can get therapy there because my new insurance won't pay. Without therapy. Without medication I need. Great job Dr. Thompson. Way to listen and be sympathetic to the needs of the patient. I know me better than you do and I assure you my brain is as sharp as a tack. I do not abuse my medication. Thanks for nothing."

"I can't brag enough about this Dr and telemed! There isn't, in my opinion, anything better than being able to reach out to someone/my dr wether to talk or get refills, and get a response with genuine care and compassion ! Like i said cant brag enough tysr. Rocco ."

"Needed appointment quickly due to a mental health crisis. Saw Dr. Thompson with Doctor On Demand. Nice guy, talked me through a couple things. Didn't ask many questions. Showed up 6 minutes late and ended my appt 10 min early. Said he would get me an Rx sent to my pharmacy. That Rx never showed and I spent another 24 hrs in absolute agony. That was time I could have spent with my children. Thompson never got back to the support team at Doctor On Demand so I had to make another appt the next day with a different doc to get what I needed. I can't understand how he could leave me hanging like that, knowing what I'd told him. I don't understand you, doc, nor do I understand how people like you get a pass on this kind of thing. I needed you and you spit in my face. Par for the course with our broken medical system I guess."

"This man is literally the GOAT! It was so refreshing to have someone actually listen to me and provide me with what I needed. After an endless battle with previous providers, I have finally received the proper care for my condition. If you're looking for someone who will take you seriously and not make you jump through unnecessary hoops, he's definitely the one to go to. I was so close to giving up but luckily I found him! I will say that I had a bit of difficulty with him following through with our first appointment, but keep in mind that he's a private practitioner and schedules his own appointments (there's no staff involved). I read somewhere that this isn't his main gig, so if you have any difficulty, just bear with him, and I promise he will work something out. Also, make sure to be prepared when you go into your appointment. It's best to have a list of everything you're struggling with, as well as any questions you may have. It'll make things a lot smoother."
