"This place is horrible. By watching the clinic for an appointment is terrible. The front desk staff short. They have a big turnover rate. The aprns are clueless, and everytime I ask for the supervisor or manager they are always at the back of the clinic hiding. When you call in for prescriptions the rns never answer which we habt to constantly bug the operators they don't have a clue either. I will not return to this clinic."

"Apparently, it seems to be an issue with doctors keeping appointments with their patient,s because soon as I went on here to do a review here is the first one that pops up saying the same thing while I'm doing the review right now they call and tell you they're going to have to reschedule and then they reschedule you two months out administration need to know about this. Zero!!!"

"I’m so tired of getting within 7 days of my appointment and then THEY reschedule me. And the appointment is ALWAYS 60 MORE days later. TODAY my husband had an appointment at 1. He has been having some ear/sinus problems related to the machine. I confirmed yesterday. They messaged me TODAY at 10:40 saying that his practitioner won’t be there and rescheduled him for MARCH 24. If you can choose another clinic, PLEASE DO."

"I had a lot of trouble getting my prescription to the CPAP supplier. Drove to the supplier 3 times and waited over an hour at the clinic to get my prescription. It had only been 5 weeks since my last appointment. One person at the front desk is rude. I have also experienced rudeness on previous visit. All other staff members are professional."

"This is a great clinic and the staff and nurses are wonderful. They may not be what you would expect from your normal PCP, but they are accustomed to dealing with unique individuals and are truly beneficial to people like me. I was recently diagnosed here and have found everyone to be so wonderful, even when frustrating situations occur. They have walked me through all of my appointments, and when I came late to my first appointment, the APRN stayed late to see me. For my appointments now, she sits and talks with me about my condition and listens to what I have to say; she is as much therapist as nurse. Narcolepsy is rare and there are no support groups in the area, so this clinic is a major part of my support system. Also, my insurance is horrible, so they work with me and the pharmacy to get the medication that I need at a cost that I can afford. Sometimes the amount of effort that they have to put in just for me seems extensive, but they are always happy to do it and they are always right on top of things. Any requests that I have or anything I need it taken care of within an hour of me calling. Dr. Goza is a good doctor also, but it is really the nurses and staff that deserve 5 stars."
