"The doctor Stephanie and the therapist Sabrina is terrible. Stephanie was hoping I’d miss that last appt but I wouldnt miss it for the world. She took a vacation on my very first appt at the last minute, and wouldn’t take me once after being 5 minutes late, I started in December and its May and Im just now getting a docs appt cause they claim she is soooo busy. Yesterday she offered me depakoat for my moods and other meds that would make my blood sugar high and I told her no depakoat, made me have a seizure. She offers it to me anyway. She wants to change the medicine thats been helping me for years. Heck no. I’m changing clinics. Why on earth would she offer me a medicine that I already told her made me have a seizure. This rac!st is a whole trip. Smh. And Sabrina is crazy, and on meds herself and talks slow. Id hate for either of them to be the head of a psych ward, people would never go home. It would take strong meds to deal with either of them. Yeah it’s a NO for me. It tried to get help for mental illness but these two arent here to help. I came to professional counseling for help and they made me even more stressed. Sigh. The world today."
"No consistancy at this place. In the short time I've been there I've had four different councilors and two or three different psychartists. They went to just one day in the office and now I'm told my therapist schedule has been changed and I can no longer have a morning appointment on the only day they are open. It just keeps getting worse."
"I was terrified to go into counseling, but this has been a wonderful place for me to work on my anxiety."
"Front desk lady is horrible with people!!! The whole place is a huge joke. I had no idea that if you miss an appointment with their counselor, they remove you as a patient even if you already have a follow up scheduled with the psychiatrist (who's one there like one day a month) and they don't call you to advise that you are no longer a patient. You have to find out yourself."
"The front office clerk is very rude and very pushy over the phone and in person. The psychiatrist there refuse to put me on the medication that helps with my anxiety because I was also on and pain prescription medication that was only as needed and she thought I was a drug addict when I really have severe anxiety that leads me to having mental breakdowns. I would not recommend you to go to this place it’s a joke and so is PCA in Cabot"
