"Sandalwood on John Barrow is not the place for anyone you love. This facility was very disappointing to me. I have worked in the healthcare business over twenty years and wanted a part-time nursing job. I only worked there for one weekend because I could not stand the lack of organization and lack of just caring for the elderly. All they want you to do is pass pills and not take time to talk and access your patience. There is no supervision of the staff. CNA's are lazy and do not listen to their superiors. If you love your family, take them somewhere else. Owners do not care anything but money."

"Sandalwood is a dump. I wouldn't put my worst enemy there. They don't perform the basic task. Your loved one will suffer because Management is stupid. They don't follow rules and regulations. Go to Medicare Compare and look at their violations. They are notorious for abuse and neglect. If you don't keep your mouth shut and ignore the abuse and neglect, you and your loved one will be retaliated against. They hire uncertified staff and administration is the worst in the nation. Run Forest Run, do not put your loved one at this facility. It is a death trap."
