"I have been a patient of Dr. Mocek for about 18 months. I was originally experiencing sciatic nerve pain due to arthritis, scoliosis and disc damage from a fall. I got x-rays and an MRI before any treatment and then I met with Dr. Mocek. He explained and showed me the problem and the procedures which would help my condition and went into detail about how it would work. I agreed to the treatment and began a series of three injections over a four month period and the relief has been great as I have no sciatic nerve pain at all.
