She does amazing color - sometimes I know what I want, but sometimes I just give her an idea and let her get creative. One time I went in with an eyeshadow palette to use as inspiration and just said "Go". EVERY time she does an amazing job and I trust her completely to create something beautiful while keeping my hair in great shape. On top of that, she is kind, engaging, and entertaining, being in her chair is always a great time! I get an "I love your hair" comment EVERY time I leave the house, and that is not an exaggeration.
