"Just moved to the area and I got dip nails done yesterday, I already have 2 of them cracking/chipping. Any other time I’ve gotten dip done at other places it lasts almost an entire month with no chips so this is very frustrating for the price. It wasn’t busy at all it was myself and one other customer in the place. Besides the point no matter how busy it is that shouldn’t affect the quality of the service that we are paying for."
"I’ve been to a lot of nail salons in my life and this is def one of my top favorites! The artists here are very talented and willing to try anything to make sure you’re happy with your nails. Every time I’ve come here I’ve had nice chats with the staff, the only time I left unsatisfied I called, told them I wasn’t happy, and I was invited back so they could fix their mistake and that’s something I can really appreciate :) I absolutely recommend going here for any occasion."
"Nail image is amazing! This post is more to bring awareness of their polishes in hopes this can be an easy fix for them. My last set of nails I got were the best, amazing detail and each nail was shaped perfectly. However, two days after going one nail broke (most likely mostly my fault), but I noticed my nail paint was already chipping. I went back and they fixed it! I am now a week out and my nail paint is horribly chipped, literally peeling off. I’ve never had this happen at any salon. First set of photos is directly after getting nails done, second set is a week after getting nails done."
"The detail artists here have always given me exactly what I asked for. A week after my 19 y/o kitty passed away, I wanted a black cat inspired nail set and what I got was identical to the images I provided. My daughter got her first short acrylic set here and it lasted longer than expected. Boyfriend came in for a pedi during my set and then opted for a mani and went full color on a few nails because mine looked so good! They are always kind, it’s very clean and even if I have to wait, it’s never an issue for me. Having been to various nail salons before, I’m aware of what to expect and just go with the flow, be respectful and tip well. Thanks, ladies! I will be back for a fill soon."
