"I have called several times after a diagnosis for a follow up and they have denied ever receiving it even though the psychologist confirmed he sent it three times. I call almost everyday and they won’t help me fill my prescription or take any action regarding the next steps for my diagnosis. I have been a reception clerk myself and have never treated anyone nor been treated as badly as I have at this clinic. I do not recommend."

"I have been seeing doctor betton for 20 years..Now my 15 year old has been seeing him for 3 years. I love how much he explains things to her. His senior nurse Jackie has always been so friendly and has been a filmiar face over these years. I appreciate the heart that they have for their patients. Even the new nurse Sheila was as pleasant as the entire staff. The wait time can be long but thats because they make sure they anwser all your questions or concerns."

"I typically do not go out of my way to leave reviews especially not bad ones, but let me tell you why I am. I went to this clinic in MARCH. It is now MAY. I saw Dr. Betton (The doctor was actually very professional but sadly his staff isn’t helping his business reputation.) for a general wellness check up and to get a referral to see a specialist for a pre-existing condition. I understand that in the medical profession people are busy and some times it takes a week or two for a referral to get sent over. It should not take MONTHS rather than a few days or a couple weeks. I have called numerous times to this clinic and the clinic I was referred to over the referral. On multiple occasions when I did so I was put on hold only to wait unnecessary periods of time only for nobody to pick the phone back up. When they finally sent something to the specialist clinic my records weren’t sent over with it so two months later I still have not been able to see the specialist that I need to see. Frankly, after being put on hold again (another unnecessary time period) today over this same issue I am done with this clinic. I will find another doctor’s office that will see me and do the job they are there to do rather than blow me off."
