"It’s an irresponsible place for appointments. I was told appointment to be 3 pm, it’s actually appt of 3:20. I was told incorrectly, here it is 3:51, I am still sitting and waiting. Wasting time!!! But Jennifer is very good, no doubt!!!!"
"Best otolaryngology center in Arkansas with out standing care and attention to my speech conditions. Happy to receive services with a smile and professional attitude. I would highly recommend this center."
"Dr. Metrailer was great! He was thoughtful with his words and was truly interested not only with my particular issue but also how it made me feel and its impact on me. He was very down to earth! The audiologist was also kind and thorough. I appreciated that! The young lady at the desk by the main entrance I am sure is super busy and stressed, dealing with a variety of patients who have various personality traits of their own. At the same time, she was abrasive in her attitude, tone of voice, and in her demeanor as she directed me to the appropriate station. She didn't leave a good first impression of herself nor of the clinic."
"********** UPDATE ********* I want to thank Mitch Bolding for reaching out in a very timely manner to discuss at length the administrative issues/concerns that I had. He took the time to go over everything point by point and we both came to an agreeable solution. The degree of professionalism and care that I was shown was outstanding and really made an impression on me. I want to be fair and update my review based on my entire experience with Arkansas Otolaryngology. ********** END UPDATE ********** Quick note - Dr. Bizzell and her team were amazing. They did a great job with my son's surgery. My review is going to be mostly focused on the administrative side of our experience. When the issue of payment was first discussed, we were told that they would need to collect $1,000 on the day of the surgery. I was told that this was to cover the deductible. When I told them that the deductible balance for my son only had about $100 left for this calendar year, I was told they could see that. So if you see we only have $100 left on the deductible, and you know that our coinsurance portion is only 20%, then why am I being asked to pay $1,000? They just kept repeating that they had to collect the deductible amount. After going back and forth on this point a few times, I was able to get the collection amount down to $500. Fast forward a few weeks, day of surgery, deductible is now only $7!! but I am still asked to pay $500. After they ran all related charges thorough my insurance, the total cost for the surgery after insurance only came out to $150. Still waiting to hear that I have a $350 check coming to us. I know it is becoming standard practice to collect money the day of service. But if you are going to do this, please, PLEASE!, double-check the actual insurance balances so that a family isn't going to be waiting weeks (or longer) for an eventual refund!"
"Dr Gardner has been my ( Terri) clinician since 2008. He is by far the best care provider for Bilateral Menieres. He keeps my life balanced by understanding all of my complexities besides my ears and vestibular disorder. Life ain't perfect y'all, he sure has made it doable. My momma lo ved him and took her clients to him. When you can trust your doctor, it says alot about them. He met my husband and I at his clinic at 5 AM when I had vertigo so bad I thought I was going to die! He calls me after hours. What doctor does that these days. He does!"
