"I thought this would be a safe place for my child. I was so wrong. We now have to figure out how to heal from the trauma this place has left on our family. I don't know what alternatives there are other than reasoning with your kids at this point. But hold on to your babies and don't send them here."

"I left a review before but deleted it because the situation had changed. Now I'm back over billing again. Just got another bill from them after I have already paid it in full. This from a place I wasn't given a choice to send my child to. I guess I should say wasn’t given a choice what place to send my child. This place all about the money. They don’t care about you. There is a min 3 day hold for cases like ours. This place wants the extra money so they make you stay 7 even if you don’t need it. First I was harassed about my insurance that I had but need a couple days to get them the number. That was sorted out but now I'm getting more bills. Never go to this place."

"Least bad of similar facilities I've had experience with. Doctor is well informed of attachment disorders and infancy neglect which is a rare find. Therapists are hit or miss- we've had one who was completely unprofessional and another who was clearly informed and in tune with what was going on for our kiddo. Staff overall do not communicate day to day so updates may go from one extreme to another with no word in between. Usually, updates are not provided unless you call constantly asking for details. No one wants to have to use a facility like this but when in a bind, it's not the very worst of options."

"As a former patient of this place, don’t send your kids here. I was 14 when I was sent here about 3 years ago. They really don’t care about us. They will drug your kids up with whatever they want and turn them into zombies. Gave me SSRI’s and antipsychotics for suicidal ideation. If you refuse your meds you’ll be kept there longer. they even like threatening you with juvenile detention centers. I wasn’t even suicidal at the time which I told them. The doctors nor therapist cared about anything, and just want you out their office. I have lasting mental damage from the medicine they gave me. The staff are evil cowards and will purposely aggravate the children to entice them to do something bad. Only a few of the staff were actually genuinely kind people, such as Mr. Felix. They just want to make a quick buck off of you then kick your kids out as soon as they can. When I tried to wash my hands, there was poop on the soap dispensers which got on my hands. The food served there was awful, and I even got rotten eggs for breakfast more than once. The staff want you to respect them despite receiving no respect at all. One of the staff members even tried to make me get off the phone when I literally in the process of saying good bye to my family. Turns out that was the last time I got to speak to my grandma before she passed away. Wouldn’t even give me a pillow and my “blanket” was just a thin sheet. Please don’t ever send your kids here unless it’s a last resort I beg of you. This was all just in a week of staying, I pray for the longer term patients that stay there 6 months plus. You’re a terrible person and a failure as parent if you send your child here after reading the reviews. This place is more like a profitable prison than anything else."

"I stayed here last year short term and it was the worst experience ever. The staff never stopped yelling at us. I thought it wasn’t gonna be bad but bad is an understatement. I’m writing this for anyone considering sending their kids here or coming here themselves. Please consider a different approach. The staff act like they don’t care about us and just make us feel worse. Please don’t send your kids here. Get them therapy but please don’t send them here"
