"Worst doctor I've ever seen. If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a consultation with Dr. Abraham for a breast reduction because I get severe dysphoria and have serious health complications due to the size and invasiveness of my breasts. I told her my shoulders dislocate in my sleep, but I am unable to lay on my stomach (my only way of preventing dislocation) because of my breasts. I have severe neck/shoulder/back pain, rashes, and I also said that the size of them gives me so much dysphoria and anxiety that I cry about it regularly. She openly mocked my level of emotional distress ("doctors like me don't care about things like emotional distress"... her words, not mine), didn't listen to me at all (it looked like she was visibly tuning me out... Like she would space out until I was done talking and then keep doing her own thing, like on purpose). She didn't listen to anything i told her about my medical history, or anything my previous doctors had said about my conditions. I told her that my other doctors agreed I should get a reduction, and I even encouraged her to check the clinic notes sent to her by my other doctors to get more insight, which she completely ignored. She told me that my connective tissue disorder could pose problems during surgery (which makes sense), but i told her i already consulted several specialists about that exact thing and assured her that the other specialists were certain my healing process would go fine considering my connective tissue test results and medical history. She completely ignored that, and not even in the "I'm just trying to be thorough" way. It was like "I don't care what any other doctor has to say, even doctors who know your medical history better than me, I'm gonna do my own thing". I felt misunderstood, intimidated, and I nearly cried multiple times when she would outright dismiss my medical history or emotional distress. She also kept looking at my boyfriend as if he had all the answers. My boyfriend is very knowledgeable about my health and reasoning behind wanting a reduction, but I am the patient, not him. Yet she took his presence alone with more seriousness than any amount of insight I could've given. She would literally tune me out and look at him as if he was the patient, not me. When listing my symptoms and breast-related problems to her, I would sometimes say "you can even ask him, he knows how problematic it is for me" just so she'd take my words even a little bit seriously. She also didn't ask any of the necessary questions. She didn't ask me what size breasts I wanted to be reduced to, I had to give that information to her myself (which of course she looked completely uninterested in that information). She didn't ask if I had any history of breast cancer, any breast-related conditions, or anything of actual importance. She is the worst doctor I have ever met, which is saying a lot because I'm chronically ill and see new doctors all the time. This woman does not deserve her medical license in the slightest. The staff was excellent though. The nurse (Tommie) who took my measurements and breast weight was very nice, the receptionist was great and super nice, and the girl on the phone who I booked the appointment with (Paxton) was also super nice and informative. 5 stars for the staff but the doctor didn't even TRY to strive to the same level of excellence as her staff. I didn't notice any male staff (Tommie is a girl), so if you are nervous about males taking measurements or handling your breast health, you at least can be at ease that I didn't notice any men working at the clinic. But Dr. Abraham was the worst."
"I would give less stars. This woman deserves her license pulled. I am a cancer survivor and she shamed me for wanting to be made whole. After breaking me down, she followed me to the door to make sure that she got paid."
"I would leave no stars if I could. Very rude. She would get mad every time I asked questions and just seemed like she did not want to Address any of my concerns. No doc should make you feel intimidated while you are asking question! That is what they are there for !!! She really did not take me serious at all and I was in severe pain! She also told me it would never go away and with her 25 years of experience to trust me on that and seven months later I’m pain free. I had to go get a second opinion and now I’m fine. She made me feel so help less and did not take my pain serious at all! If anyone how desperate you get when you have constant pain ! I wish I would of never went to that visit ."
"The staff is very kind and caring. Dr Abraham put my mind at ease and she has a compassionate heart."
"Dr Abraham was the best. She take so much pride in her work. You can really tell that she do what she do because she loves what she does. She also make sure she meets your every need...."
