"Female age 29 I had the option to do the 1 day heart monitor or 3 day I was refered by a different dr to come here actually he prescibed the 1 day heart monitor. But they told me with my insurance it was going to bee 300.00 so I went ahead and asked them how much the 30.00 day one was and they said 500.00 and I said or you sure can I talk to your billing agent made a big deal about it cause price didnt seem right. They said that was it. so I got permision from my dr to do the 30 day. ssso they sent it to me in the mail after it got returned I waited a week called left a message she answered she told me on the phone my heart was abnormal and I would have to make an app. So when it comes time me and my husband wait in the waiting room for 3 hrs and lady comes out and says I am so sorry didnt relize this was your first visit can we reschedule dr is not here. So they got me in next day dr just practically told me what the security told me on the phone and just said my heart was abnormal he did not give me a medical term for it or nothing and I felt like he just wanted to put me on meds and he told me it was just going to get worse and since I dont have any side effects we will just make appointment next year and I got my dr bill for my heart monitor and b4 insurance it was 4700 and after it was 837.00 I am disapointed in that as well bc if I would have known it would have been that much I would have done the 1 day heart monitor test. Any advise ? Or help"
