"Late spring '23 I broke out with a skin rash. It started out mild and grew worse over time. It was disrupting every aspect of my life. Eventually, after visiting numerous health providers, I was referred to Pinnacle Dermatology and began treatment with Alissa Huberty. She provided excellent care. Friendly, patient and concise. We methodically went over various treatments and tests until finding out the root cause. It was an allergy to a product that I use. I never would have known. After discontinuing my condition improved and have returned to normality after many months of suffering. I am very thankful for Alissa and the entire staff at Pinnacle Dermatology. They care and I can't recommend them enough."

"I had the pleasure of getting an appointment at Pinnacle Dermatology. I was so impressed with this practice from the moment I stepped into the beautiful and welcoming office. The ladies at the desk were efficient and friendly. They were able to explain the paperwork that needed to be filled out without any problems in a manner that was very understandable to me. After a very short wait I was called back by one of the nurses and led to an examination room. I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease. I then saw one of the nurse practitioners who was so professional and knowledgeable. She listened to me respectfully and was able to take care of my problem. "Waste of time. Could’ve seen the PCP instead of a “specialist”. I don’t know where all of these wonderful reviews are coming from but I’ve been twice and those wonderful experiences are not mine. Maybe I need to see Dr Mohr next time since I’ve read she’s thorough and attentive. Maybe she will listen, perform a thorough check, not provide some dismissive response, and not pretend I didn’t just ask her a question in hopes that I wouldn’t ask again like Dr. Mabry did. Also, they have so many people working there, yet, no one can answer the phone. The place looks like an ER in the back with so many people hanging out. Let’s not forget about the ridiculous amount of paperwork. I filled it out online and still had more to do once I arrived, and this was not my first visit. Gave it two stars because the staff was polite and the facility was clean, but I would have rather received more information from the specialist regarding the condition. That’s what I’m paying for and why I came!"

"Just recently started coming here. Warmest welcome as a first time patient ive ever had.They immediately determined my problem and presented the solution. Even though I'm in my 60's, I still get very nervous about needles and pain. Even though at my age, I shouldn't still act like a kid when it comes to needles, they made sure I was comfortable and made me feel confident they were concerned about how I felt every step of the procedure I was having. This 60 something woman was made to feel so comfortable and at ease. I can't express how much that meant to me! The next time I need them, I'll definitely be back in their clinic!
