"Great doctors, but the nurse who does the weight, height, and shots is very rude. She doesn’t even speak to us. It is also like pulling teeth to get the front desk to make your next appointment."

"We’ve had a wonderful experience with Arkansas Pediatric! We love our PCP, but have seen pretty much every doctor with sick visits, and they are all wonderful. The staff are helpful and fast with scheduling and answering questions, the nurse line responds to messages quickly, and referrals are taken care of quickly and efficiently. Love that they have multiple locations to get you in quickly, and specific sick visit hours if you need them. Can’t say enough good things about Arkansas Pediatric Clinic!"

Dr. Hawkins was kind, listened to our concerns as first time parents, and explained very clearly all issues and concerns. After waiting 30 minutes and seeing other patients and parent that arrived after me get checked in and sent back by nurse, I ask the nurse why wasn’t I called back. The nurse than ask the front desk representatives have me and my daughter been checked in and she said Oh no . I’m going to children’s hospital from now on. I had to cancel my daughters dentist appointment because of this"
