"I usually drive for 30 min just to see dr. Rama. I called to check for an appointment and since there was none, I was told I would be visiting with a different doctor. When I arrived, Zaida told me I would be visiting a nurse. She also had my social wrong and couldn’t find my insurance info. Really not the experience you want to go through when you have a strep throat."

"I had a test for sleep apnea at CHI St. Vincent West last night. The young man (Barrett) who administered it was extremely pleasant and efficient. He was also a kind young man. The room was very nice, indeed, and it looked as if it had just been cleaned by someone who took great pride in his/her work!"

"I absolutely hate having to call for anything. My daughter has special needs and has several specialist that we see, but still need referrals and things from her PCP. Every time I try to call I am on hold for at least 10 minutes before talking to an actual person. It also Always takes forever and a few angry calls to get them to fax anything anywhere, which is unacceptable when you require medical supplies daily."
