Dr.Helm and his nurse Karen are two of the most wonderful and caring people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I never feel like I have to worry about them not believing me. They listen, they understand, and they make me feel like I matter. I couldn't recommend them more."

"Receptionists are very rude and not helpful. The second you call, they will just send you to a separate answering machine (so they don’t have to deal with you/help you). In 2 years of going there, they have NEVER ONCE answered or returned the voicemail I left. Highly advise against using this office as they symbolize unprofessionalism and greedy."

Ignorant staff whom can't handle simple insurance paperwork and instead bill your family for 6 months without notifying you, yourself, of the payment problem. Then persue to deny you medical help unless you pay them their $186 of which you don't owe them, but in reality what the insurance owes them. If you can make it through the front office's ignorance then the doctors aren't so bad."
