"Very nice people n my wait wasn't to long ...my job is on the line n the doctor I seen took me off work for 3 days n my job pointed me even wit excuse but sedgwick sent a paper for yall to fill out n that paper will save my job so please can someone fill it out"

"Worst service ever. Clinic will lie and send extra bills even when you pay out of pocket. They will then hang up in your face. Worst clinc ever! Don't go here they won't help you."

"I'm on the road and in bad shape, hoping for some improvement. Sinus infection, ear ache, non-stop drainage, sore throat, coughing up dark phlegm. It usually takes a couple days after a doctor visit before I start feeling better. Not after Premier Urgent Care, I was amazed because I felt better within four hours after the treatment. After 30 years of multi-annual doctor visits for sinus problems a new doctor said your polyps are about to protrude into your throat, why haven't you had them removed? No other doctor mentioned it, I didn't know, but I should have been told about this during earlier doctor visits. I must have been a cash cow to them, but it was decades of misery for me. I feel like this was one of those visits. I think it is PBR: T. Haernsberger who tested me there at Premier Urgent Care, but I wrote down the protocol, and I'm going to insist my doctor back in Phoenix uses this to treat me from now on."

"I went to urgent care for myself, have been there several times before with excellent service until Sunday, for a sinus infection. I was the first one in line when they opened at noon, and there were like 8-10 people behind me. The receptionist unlocked the door but did not open the door for me, I was standing right in front of the door and, nor did she greet me. I did not take my wallet in because I have been there several times before for my daughter and thought my insurance should have been on file. Also, I was going to fill out the paperwork in my vehicle, so I was expecting to get paperwork and fill that out in my vehicle, but the receptionist told me I had to go get a form of ID and insurance card. So, I go out to my car and get my drivers license and insurance card and wait for the man that was behind me to finish with the receptionist. So, when he finishes I attempt to give her my things and she tells me to go to the end of the line without looking at me and with no explanation why I had to do so. I was so upset, because no one would have to wait on me because I was there before them, and if I was at urgent care that meant that I was in pain. I left there and just went home instead of being seen, and called my doctor early the next morning to set up an appointment. I would not go on a Sunday if Ms. Carrie Edwards was the receptionist, she is not caring or sympathetic towards the people who come in. I also understand that you may not be having a good day at work, but it is not fair to project your negative energy on innocent people."
