"Subway saved the day! Thank you to the two ladies working today for making me a sandwich tray in 10 minutes for a Christmas party! I had ordered a sandwich tray at Firehouse subs a week ago and when I arrived to get it on the way to the party, they did not have it ready. I was frantic and quickly drove around the corner to Subway. When I told them my issue, they were more than willing to help at the last minute! I am so grateful for them!!! The sandwiches were delicious and liked by all!!! So Texarkana, if you need a sandwich tray catered, this is your place."

"Bad attitude- management was RUDE, employees were rude. Got the sandwich wrong, which isn't a HUGE deal if you'll fix it, but hanging up on a customer you've been rude to is a bad look. Won't be back."

"I ordered a wrap and a sandwich today, spent $22.05, no chips or drinks. Because of the new menu it took me a couple minutes to make my choice. The staff was impatient with me for not being able to decide. The lady got frustrated because I tried to use an online coupon and she told me they didn't except any coupons except from Subway itself. No one smiled. The peperjack cheese tasted and looked old. And there were these pieces of who knows what in my husband's sandwich, which are stretchy, perhaps plastic gloves, which I will post the picture. We lived too far away to take it back. I will not ever go back in that store. I loved the people who ran the store by Super Walmart but it is closed permanently. I have used the store down on Richmond and Moores Lane and I have been happy with it but it is farthest from me but I will make a point of driving there for better service and quality of food. I also called the store and all the girl could say was that she would tell the manager."
