"My favorite golf course in east texas they have everything you need"

"Went today to play. The people in the club house were clueless. After checking in and getting carts, we realized both carts had nearly flat tires. When we ask about getting different carts, there were none available. No one offered to air them up for us. We found a horrible air compressor that somewhat aired the tires up and went on our way. They acted like they had our money and nothing else mattered. The course was in pretty good shape but the experience in the club house ruined the day. Returned today. Nothing said about greens being aerated and sanded. Front nine didn’t have cups in greens. Waste of time and money"

"Had been a few years since I'd been over to Oak Grove but it was a good surprise! The course is leaps and bounds better than it was a few years ago. Keep in mind it is still a small budget course and they are working on problem areas but the course was fun and challenging to play. The value for their 4 person special on Sat. Aug. 23rd was well worth the money and we enjoyed the day. Great environment from the pro shop through the entire course. Would recommend to anyone looking for a round on the weekend."

"This is a little hidden gem. It's being worked on but i feel like once its done it will be one of the better courses in the area. It's hard to tell where the holes are, i would say more signs needed to show where the holes are starting with #1 and #10."

"You can tell they are working hard to make this a top notch public golf course. This is the first public golf course that I've played that has concrete cart paths all the way around. Greens are coming along and the fairways will probably be next. Can't wait to play here once they are finished."
