Wendy's 907 North McCoy Boulevard, New Boston, TX 75570

"Just ordered a double combo. Paid for a double combo- no cheese or catsup. These thieves gave me a single. And it appeared to be an already made up one that had been sitting around that they just scraped the cheese off of. I am updating this review for a few reasons. One- I was hangry when I wrote it. While I have had problems with my orders not being correct, it is probably not intentional. The counter help has never been anything but friendly at this store. I eat here often and usually any more there are no problems with my order."

"The breakfast croissant would probably have been okay if it were actually on a croissant instead of this strange gummy square bun and wasn't ridiculously sweet (chicken/bacon).. major fail with the fake croissants. Sweet tea was absolutely disgusting, old, and undrinkable. One sip and dumped that out then got a fountain soda.. same. It was awful. 1 sip and into the garbage it went. Not at all impressed with what I ordered."

"I stood at the counter and waited for several minutes for someone to take me order. Four people were standing in a circle talking and one person preparing food. After several minutes of standing there without anyone helping me or even acknowledging me, I went to the kiosk to order…..I wanted to ask questions about the burger I was going to order. No such luck. I ordered the new pretzel Baconator-I’ve seen promotions and it looked good. I’m afraid the food was subpar also. The burger was kind of cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted on the burger and there was sauce dripping all of it. As far as the atmosphere goes, that was lacking as well. A majority of the tables were dirty."

"The burger was dry and the bacon and cheese potato had whole pieces of bacon. The store didn’t have a line and only had two customers."

"I ordered off the app. Went in to get my order and a very nice young lady called me up and let me know that there Frosty machine was down and asked me if I would like a refund for the Shake or something in its place. I said I would take a refund.This is where it gets disappointing. She go's to her manager. He proceeds to yell at her in front of me that they don't do refunds and online orders and shames her in front of me. She came back and we agreed I would take a small chili instead of the shake which I was fine with her the young lady was great. At that point I made a comment of the manager that he really shouldn't talk to his employees that way. He could care less of what I thought that not apologized to me didn't care what I thought he proceeded to tell me that he'd worked there for 4 months and it was promoted the manager I said why was going to let Wendy's know about this and he said go ahead they won't do anything I'm untouchable. I will still be here and Wendy's won't do anything. He had absolutely no customer service and for the life of me don't understand how Wendy's would have someone like him with a bad attitude and probably should be doing something else not dealing with the public. NO customer service behind the counter. I gess time are hard for quality. I asked him his name he said he was name was Christian (Probley not his real name) he wouldn't give me his last name but this is for you. BE BETTER!!"
