Nathaniel's Barbershop

"Not sure what happened to the Nathaniel who ran a great shop and delivered an excellent cut a few years ago, but he definetly wasn't in the building today. I Lyfted to my 10:00 a.m. appointment, booked two days ago, and at 9:50 walked into a shop that looked to be in the middle of a renovation. I was greeted by barking dogs held at bay by a box fan before Nathaniel poked his head through the curtain and told me I'd need to wait outside until he opened at 10. I explained I was I there for the 10:00 booking and was told I needed to step outside until he was open. I waited outside until 10:14 for the door, which I had previously walked right through, to be unlocked for my 10:00 appointment before cutting my loses and heading home. At 10:23 I received an automated text alerting me that Nathaniel had cancled my 10:00 appointment. I know Nathaniel to be an exceptional barber, but mastering a barber's skills without the business acumen to honor appointments and client's time is not the way to build a successful business."

His attention to detail, punctuality, and efficiency of work was impeccable and I couldn't have been happier with the end result. With communication and once he understood how I like my hair, he was phenomenal. There was even a bit at the end where the one side was off a little because of how he thought I wore my hair. With communication though he fixed it and got it looking great right then and there. I will definetly be going back and got a lot of compliments on my hair cut.
