"After paying over $45 at Paradise, I will never return! The outside wash was fine at best, but the wheels were still dirty! They barely touched the inside and I purchased the FULL SERVICE car wash. I could see more of the rationale behind leaving the inside alone if I only purchased the exterior wash, but this is a complete rip off for the money I paid. I left the receipt in the car so they would know which service I purchased. I pulled into a parking lot and finished the job myself!"

"Best thing since the downtown are closed. Refuse to go to Mr. Car, wash the ruin the side of my car. And refused to fix it saying that it was my fault. If I could get mister car wash zero I would. Paradise is the only full service car wash I trust."

"I normally go to a different car wash place but I needed a bit more interior stuff done. I went to paradise today, paid a total of 36$ for a basic car wash and to do my upper mats only which is extra. The outside looked good but the interior looked terrible. They didn’t even clean the cup holders or really wipe much down. I called and asked and they told me they only wipe off the dash and clean the windows. I’m floored that for $36 they don’t really clean your interior they just wipe off the dash and do the inside windows. I guess it partially my fault as I assumed they would at least wipe down everything."

"Tried these guys for the first time today. I can say I was definitely less than impressed. I could have went to quick trip with close to the same end result at less than half the price. I bought the highest quality exterior wash available. When I was given my truck back I had to ask for a towl to finish drying the windows and spots on the truck myself. Also my grill mirrors and other parts still are full of bugs. Pictures attached. Overall just disappointing. I expected more from a facility like this."

"Click on my review name to see my videos since they won’t play… I get my suv fully detailed once a year. I don’t have much money and I do this just to treat myself. My appointment was 11am I called around 3pm and they said they will be done around 5:20pm. I was very confused and concerned what happen. I get there and they said they were busy with one other car that took too much time. I get into my suv. My after market 294$ dvd touch screen has been reseted. Kinda odd. I also have a check engine light that was on cause my O2 sensor was bad. That light was off. I drove off and not but 2 minutes my radio was shutting of and on by itself. Called the GM. I later found out that they drained my batter, they jumped it,not charged it without telling me. He helped me through out the 3 weeks of this.I had to make an appointment with Best Buy and get a tech to look at it.Long story short his boss now is saying do to policy that “their work” didn’t cause it. Even though everything was working just fine. But will give me car wash passes. You are telling me Ryan the owner has been saying “just let us know how your radio is doing” till he hears I’m bringing it to a mechanic and then it’s a hard no. I highly recommend people who have after market radios, don’t go there. They aren’t honest enough to tell you they drain your battery or professional enough to Owen up to their faults. They have the money to help you, but their pride and ego are too high."
