"Great customer service, but unfortunately it does not make up for my terrible experience with the car they provided me. Worst experience with Enterprise I have ever had! I used my free night credit for this, which turned out to be a total disaster. 1 - I received a Nissan Maxima without a piece of plastic that fits between the door and the windshield. It was blowing air inside of the car and was extremely loud. it made the car very unstable during the wind conditions. The wind blowing also drove me nuts! 2 - The plastic underneath the bumper was broken and fell off while I was driving on the highway! It was a clear risk of a collision. I tried to fix it but had no luck, I barely made it to the closest city to get the car replaced. 3 - the new car that I received was not serviced in ages. Breaks had to be replaced, they were squeaky and the car had several active alerts informing me that I could not drive and that the car needed to be serviced! They adjusted and refunded me $43 - WOW, an amazing service recovery for the rental that could easily result in a collision. I am your platinum member and I rent a lot from Enterprise. This kind of experience has ruined all my loyalty. I also called the escalation team 5 TIMES and nobody has ever called me back to follow up."
