"I had a great experience today with getting the help and service I needed. Bryan H. was wonderful and I would recommend service from him and the team at this location to anyone if you live in Eagan, MN. I had originally bought my tires from them and stopped in with no appointment because I had a tire that was punctured with a couple of screws. Unfortunately, today they could not fix it, but Bryan H. was great at accommodating me, my concerns and I felt no pressure to from him to figure out what I needed to get done so I can get my vehicle back on the road. After I found out that my tire was not fixable I needed to buy a whole new set of Tires for my Jeep Cherokee (AWD). Bryan H. helped so much by personally helping to take care of getting my new tires on my vehicle in less than 30 minutes, so I could be out of there as soon as possible. I also had the Discount Tire credit card which will help me save with no interest for 6 months, because this expense was unexpected. "Came in with an emergency, air was gushing out of my tires and losing PSI rapidly! Turns out my tire was basically bursting at the seams. I ended up replacing all 4 tires because it was time. The staff was not trying to pressure or upsell me- it was all my decision. The best part I was in and out with 4 brand new tires in 30 minutes! Excellent service!"
