"I spent about 6 months on a wild goose chase trying to find a paint shop to take on a project that is a little tricky. Bona bros took it on and their painter blew it out of the water! We’re so happy with the paint job, they were very communicative and timely even around the holidays, and very communicative. The price was very fair for the quality of work. "The vehicle damage repair of my 2018 2500 Promaster took that happened in June 2022 took 5 months (2+ weeks for Insurance to find Bona Bros). The communication was extremely poor. They also installed a warped piece of metal on the rear of by cargo van and tried to blame the dealer, but you installed it, prepped and painted it...Additionally they did a repair on my back door and only fixed the exterior, they left the dent on the interior. The only calls of communication were when I called them to get an update. I picked up my van at the end of November 2022 and as of April 2023 they have not gotten back to me as they state they are going to take care of the issues. The only call back I get was when I left a message. What a total disappointment!"

"I brought my car in after a minor accident and while they were booking about a month out, it was absolutely worth the wait! Their customer service is amazing and extremely helpful. I called for an update on my car 5 days after dropping it off not expecting them to have it anywhere near it done, but to my surprise, they were just finishing up work and I was able to pick it up the next business day! They had my car done in 5 days (it was there 7 days totally due to the weekend)! I was completely shocked when they said it was done-that was really quick turn around. I was originally told about 1 1/2 weeks! They did very quality work and they stand by it too-correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe they said if anything is wrong with the work they did, they’ll fix it through the life of the vehicle, which is amazing!! The paint job they did is impeccable too! The car looks as good as new, I’m extremely impressed and SO happy with it! I cannot recommended Bona bros enough. Like I said, they do have a longer wait time to get your car in, but if you’re able to deal with that, it’s absolutely worth the wait!"

"I've had these people do a number of service needs. From basic to custom. This latest one was a completely new idea and required a lot of time to handle. I am not one of the major fleet dealer accounts that they handle. They are the only shop in the entire multi city area that can take on this project. Part of this was an RV/Camper project.
