"Check out all the amateurs you want first. The ones who only want to install new core becuz they aren't competent enuff to know how to do a repair. I want my original repaired well if it can be. Borgens does great a repair if your radiator can be repaired. One of the few places these days where you get what you pay for! If it seems like a high price, look around, so's everything else's. Just don't expect somthin' 4 nothin', it doesn't happen with other things these days."
"These guys are ROCKSTARS! They know how to take care of the customer."
"I think they do a good job, don't get me wrong. I think if you have specialty work or industrial work...you may not be disappointed. I brought my auto radiator there for a flush. Ernie quoted $50 when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, I was surprised to pay $200. I could have bought new for that price. I won't be coming back."
"Ernie and the crew did an excellent job repairing my radiator that was not available for purchase. Top Notch, they are experts with over 30 years experience... Must go for classic car parts that are not easily found"
"Dropped off a very special brass radiator from a 1965 BMW to be checked for a leak. I left very specific instructions to not paint the radiator when done. This is from an all original euro car and I didn't want a "new " looking radiator in it. This radiator has a larger than normal filler neck that is specific to this car. Upon pick up they told me the cap was weak so they cut off the larger neck and brazed on a smaller neck so they could use a standard cap. You cannot buy a new radiator for this car. Very frustrated with this whole experience. I should have been called and asked if I wanted my 50 year old radiator modified. Probably sounds like I'm whining to non car guys but it was very important to me and I stated this when I dropped it off. Bottom line is the repair work looks good so if you have a diesel truck or some heavy equipment it appears they do good work.. I just wished they would have paid attention to my requests. I'm left with a functional but far from correct radiator in my car"
