You need to ask for each item you want addressed—no 10-point inspections here. The car motor mounts were replaced by the morning—that’s fast, and friendly! I also got information about an oil leak and was given advice and an estimate. I do believe they know what they’re doing, as in this case—because it’s a known issue—they recommended going with an OEM part, to ensure the job will be done right. I’ll definitely return to this shop for service on my cars."
