"These people are crooked! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! If I could put negative stars I would. They cleared the check engine light right before I test drove it and when I drove it off the lot. It came on five miles down the road and they would do nothing for me. Ignored my calls. I have what was supposed to be a $10,000 car and now it’s not even worth $500. Needs a complete new engine and turbocharger…. $13,000 worth of work. The car is garbage. Do not fall for their scams!"
"this is the most UNRELIABLE SHOP EVER. do not buy anything from them they sell lemons. i bought a Mercedes from them and the engine blew up THREE days later. i would think long and hard before buying anything from this place. my mom bought my sister her car and spent every dime she had. i will update my review based on how to owner continues and if he will help my mom"
"We bought a car here People are very nice. Interested what interest was a little high but think that was because my husband's credit. The car runs great we love it it's beautiful"
"I have never had a worse experience in my life. We test drove a Buick Encore and thought that it was fine vehicle. Unfortunately, we were very wrong. After paying cash for the car, we were leaving the parking lot and the engine light came on. I had them come out to look at it. My husband put a voltage meter on the battery and it wasn’t getting a charge. They told me it was sensor, they cleared it. Again it came back on, I went back inside and they said the car was in great shape, just a sensor. We made it 1mile and I broke down. They did come get the car and replaced the serpentine belt. Went back to pick up the car and it broke down just around the block. It was the same belt. I picked the car up yesterday and made it home just in time. The belt is shredded again and I have oil all over my driveway. I can’t recommend these people. If you decide to use them test drive for 2 miles. Update: the part on the left is what they said was replaced. The part on the right is what we bought today. Plus, they put the wrong belt on. Update: We still haven’t been able to drive our vehicle. Fortunately, we have an honest mechanic in Heber. He said that they had put a motor in our vehicle but didn’t use the right belts or bolts on the engine. Hopefully, we get to drive the vehicle tomorrow. These people are so bad! Don’t use them!"
"I recently bought a 2009 Buick Enclave from here, my family & I got there checked out the car and the check engine and tire light was on. The young man who rode with us during the test drive and the owner of the private dealership told us that it was an O2 sensor that was changed and it wasn't cleared out. We asked for a code reader and he kept saying it was an O2 sensor but the code that showed was P0017 and has absolutely nothing to do with the O2 sensor. Cam shaft sensor is what that code is related too. He cleared the check engine light, and proceed to tell us the car was recently service, I asked about the tires and he says he doesn't deal with the tires (?). That didn't make sense to me, you're telling me you have a auto shop but you don't deal with the tires? No biggie at all, I could get those changed if I needed. After purchasing the vehicle, driving my car home the check engine light came back on. Of course I'm freaking out cause I don't want to put more money into this car. Now he told my mom, dad, and I that the car was recently service but how could that be when there wasn't any transmission fluid, power steering fluid, wrong oil filter and the oil in the car was absolutely wrong. The front brakes weren't put on correctly but the car was serviced? I love the car and there's going to be kinks I'll have to work out, and of course pay for but being lied too just so you can make some quick cash is not okay. Luckily my father is an actual "mechanicl and did research on what my new car needs. If you decide to come and buy a car from this place, I suggest taking that ride on a long test drive and don't believe anything they tell you."
